With events unfolding at an unprecedented pace, the need to address police violence has never been more urgent; the US has reached an inflection point. This will be a hard discussion about why law enforcement controls the safety narrative and how comprehensive, community based solutions are essential to restore public safety. Understanding the militarization of the police and the complex challenges of facilitating change from within the police, we will hear directly from those who have worked in the most divided communities in Northern Ireland, South Africa and the US.
