Our Mission
Global Citizens Circle's mission is to foster constructive change in our global and local communities by assembling diverse groups of concerned individuals - from world leaders to local activists - for radically civil, courageous conversations that stimulate meaningful and enduring resolution of our world's most pressing concerns.
We aspire to forge the common ground needed to build trust in making sustainable change in our local, national and global communities. Invitations to civil dialogue are aimed at convening a wide range of concerned individuals, diverse in opinion, age, economic and social status, in an open and respectful atmosphere with facilitators who guide difficult conversations on seemingly intractable issues.

Our Vision
By combining the energy of a new generation of emerging leaders with Global Citizens Circle's 50-year track record of building trust through intergenerational dialogue, we support these emerging leaders in forging the common ground that leads to sustainable solutions in our local and global communities.
Our Values
- We believe that change begins with people.
- People of diverse backgrounds and opinions add unique perspectives to dialogue.
- Respectful dialogue challenges, educates, inspires and builds trust.
- Trust is essential for building momentum for change.
- Change can occur when hope provides motivation to take action.
- Together we can take action to do so much more for our communities, our nations and our world.
What is a Circle?
It's not a typical program.
Since 1974, a Circle is a welcoming space for:
Discussion leaders join in a moderated conversation that becomes a highly interactive conversation among everyone who participates. It isn't a webinar or panel of "talking heads". This is a community of global citizens in dialogue.
We expand our reach and the impact of dialogue among diverse participants around the globe through virtual and in person/hybrid Circle programming. We nurture relationships before, during and after events.
