Phoebe de Larrabeiti

Phoebe de Larrabeiti joined Global Citizens Circle in February 2020, with a background in nonprofit management, event organizing, and a passion for understanding and centering youth as changemakers in their communities.

She now directs GCC’s emerging leader programming, creating spaces where young leaders —from Afghanistan to Syria and beyond—can deepen their skills, build cross-cultural connections, and grow into lifelong peacebuilders. Her work sits at the intersection of global citizenship, healing, and youth leadership, with a focus on intergenerational dialogue and transformative learning.
