Elizabeth Richards

Catherine is an educator, political economist, and development practitioner dedicated to social justice. As Executive Director of Rubia, she advances gender justice through education and economic empowerment in Mali and Afghanistan. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy and Government, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from Stanford.
